The Rangers have just defeated the embiggened Doomsnake. Void Knight has Wolfgang marking its territory with a sound wave which causes the Megazord to dismantle. The Rangers have to eject and Void Knight has Mucus retrieve Doomsnake’s Sporix blob while they’re distracted.
Solon has finished her new Zord Finder and they try to see if it can find Javi’s Stego Spike Zord. But no luck. Solon believes it might be dormant and all they need to do is use their Keys to wake it up.

Moltor recognizes that with the Fearcats, Miratrix and Kamdor out of the way, his brother Flurious is the only one that stands his way. He feels confident that having the Corona in his possession and one more secret weapon will ensure his victory.

The Rangers hurry over to the plaza outside Buzzblast where they get a report of an attack. In reality, the “monster” is Amelia’s Pop Pop who does handywork around town including his current task of cleaning Buzzblast’s windows. Amelia and the Rangers offer to help. Though he refuses at first, Pop Pop says they can each take a sponge.
The Octavian Chalice was thought to have magical qualities in the event of a solar eclipse. Ancient Greeks would use it to ask for water, for example, during a dry season. Rose was able to essentially confirm that the chalice in their possession is the same one used by the ancient Greeks. At the moment of totality during an eclipse, it is said that a corona would be visible. Rose thinks they can ask the Chalice where the jewel is.
After Izzy introduces her trainer and cousin Lily, a Special Olympics 1500m champion, to the Rangers, they all head to the command chamber to meet Solon.

While Dax and Ronny are debating if the chicken or the egg came first, Rose does not understand why the Octavian Chalice is giving off five different jewel signatures. Unable to remember who has what jewel or crown, they decide to review the season so far. And thanks to Mack’s computer brain, they can easily access pervious episodes.
The zords and Sentinel Sword are badly damaged and must undergo major repairs. While Ronny, Dax and Will are out looking for Tyzonn, Mack is sure he must be in some kind of trouble. Otherwise, he would have been right there with them in the last battle.
Amelia finds Zayto sitting alone outside the command chamber as he looks at a pendant his mother gave him the day he became a knight. He thinks about how when he left, his planet was in ruins with only a few survivors. Now millions of years later, he wishes he had a way to find out how his planet is doing today.

Rose has found that the Octavian Chalice can synthesize the energy of three other ancient relics: Minerva’s Staff, The Root of Heisker and The Sands of Sila. When placed in the chalice, it can unleash a power that can destroy worlds. Rose has already initiated a global search for the three relics.
