Tametomo sits pondering a philosophical dilemma about walking the same path over and over again.
Earlier, Tametomo defeats Yojiro during a match even using a different character from usual. Afterwards, Yojiro pulls some hair from Tametomo and says he’ll be putting a curse on him. Tametomo thinks that odd, but heads to the coconut tree to meet the others.
Sena is grouchy because she’s lost her wallet. But she ends up finding it under the couch. The Kiramai Stones celebrate Heliko’s birthday. But before they can eat cake, they must head out to deal with Reset Button Jamen.
Tametomo says they should take care of him quickly. Shiguru trips Reset Button Jamen and it knocks his head on Tametomo.
Somehow, Tametomo finds himself repeating the same scenes from earlier starting from Yojiro taking his hair all the way to them meeting the Jamen.
On the 2nd repeat, Tametomo stops Yojiro from taking his hair, thinking that is the cause of his repeating day. He tells the others back at the coconut tree, but they don’t believe him.
This time, Reset Button Jamen dodges Tametomo’s shots and Shiguru tries to slash at him. But Reset Button Jamen presses himself once more.
Yojiro takes Tametomo’s hair, but he says he has no idea what Tametomo’s talking about. Yojiro says he will be retiring from gaming and taking over his family’s restaurant.
Tametomo says Yojiro shouldn’t take things seriously since he won fair and square. But Yojiro asks if Tametomo was really playing for real.
Tametomo realizes Reset Button Jamen is the real culprit. Reset Button Jamen is able to learn and adapt after each loop which allows him to become stronger against the Kiramagers.
Tametomo tries to destroy the reset button on Reset Button Jamen, but it doesn’t work. The loop continues. But both Reset Button Jamen and Tametomo try to use the loop to become stronger.
Tametomo tries to figure out how to deal with their dilemma and snaps at the others who obviously have no idea what’s going on.
Juuru has a Hirameking. He finds Tametomo by the water and shows him his drawing of him. Juuru says a serious Tametomo can overcome anything.
Tametomo says he is always serious. But he remembers Yojiro’s words and wonders if he really was giving it his all at that time.
Tametomo understands now. He finds Yojiro and challenges him to another match, but this time using his regular character. Tametomo wins the match, but Yojiro is happy to have played him at his 100%. They shake hands.
Tametomo joins the others against Reset Button Jamen. He hops into Shovellow and they battle for a couple of loops.
Using the shot Juuru drew of him, Tametomo is able to force Reset Button Jamen to give up. He even decides to quit Yodon, but Garuza destroys him himself.
Carantula sends over Hassha Button Ligany and the Kiramagers hop into Kiramaizin Express for the first time. They quickly finish the Jamenju before it can even fire off a shot.
Back at the coconut tree, Tametomo thanks Juuru for his advice. The Mashins say they are celebrating a birthday today. And while Tametomo thinks he’s looping again, today is actually Mach’s birthday instead of Heliko.
Suddenly, Mabushina has a vision of a mysterious silver man.
First of all, yay to having Kiramager back with new episodes.
Second, I thought this was a pretty uneventful episode actually. It was a pretty generic focus episode. I feel like it could’ve been given to anyone and it would’ve had the same effect, Not really much of a character focus for Tametomo. Though his first focus episode was much better than the others. So perhaps they wanted to balance it out lol
The debut of Kiramaizin Express was also underwhelming considering I would’ve expected something more exciting.
Why do I feel like the looping plot was just a gimmick to help not have to film as many scenes as a regular story? That is, to ease back into full production, this plot must have helped cut down on filming time for both health safety as well as trying to settle back into a normal routine.
Anyway, just a meh episode for me. But more importantly, hoping the cast and crew stay safe as they return to producing great episodes for us.
