Steve blames himself for Eva attempting to murder Jamie. Jamie says no, the fault is Eva’s alone. He still feels bad though and Jamie agrees that she is very kawawa right now. She suggests he prays for her instead.
As Eva is being dragged away, she says CBF ignored her talents and skills because they play favorites over here. Dr. Hook says she’s just selfish and greedy and can never be a hero. But she still has time to better herself in general.

Meanwhile, Oslak prepares a missile that will destroy Eirthu. Dr. Hook has the Voltesers fly out to investigate. Octo-1 flies around it and sees they have 15 minutes before it explodes and takes the entire planet out.
Dr. Hook suggests they grab it and throw it into space. The Voltesers Volt In, but cannot pull it out or destroy it. Dr. Hook orders them back to CBF. But Steve refuses and wants to use the Laser Sword on it. The others protest and says it’ll just explode even more. Steve tells them to just leave and allow him to kill himself instead trying to do all he can to stop it.

But the Voltesers are all for one, one for all. They will never leave.
Just then, a huge spaceship appears out of the sky and its claw grabs the bomb before flying it into space.
Episode Thoughts
Steve is right. This really is all his fault for being a PK asshole all the time. He really did lead Eva on and treated her like crap even if she is an unhinged maniac. They can both be assholes of course.
What was funny though was the scene between Steve and Jamie showing them being all sanctimonious again. And when really, they (yes, Jamie too) kinda brought this upon themselves. Bottomline, treat other people better. Don’t play with other’s people’s hearts and minds.
Dr. Hook called Eva selfish. Steve and Jamie were very selfish as well. Wanting self-preservation instead of being honest to other people. Tsk tsk.
Elsewhere, another Boazanian plan thwarted by a convenient deus ex mach… err, helping hand from space. Very exciting. [/s]

Voltes V: Legacy Episode 84 is supposed to be available on GMA Network’s official YouTube channel:
But they want you to watch live on TV because their linear ratings have collapsed and it’s a bit embarrassing. They’re even lower than both their lead-in and lead-out programs last week. Yikes.
I’ve seen people talk about how people worldwide should subscribe to GMA Pinoy TV in order to watch the series. I’d recommend that if you are interested in watching lots of Filipino programming. But if you only want to watch Voltes V: Legacy, I don’t think it’d be a good investment. Especially since you can’t watch the series on demand anyway. GMA Pinoy TV is a linear, premium TV channel on most cable and satellite systems.
