Great tracks from MOVNING, Kang Seung Yoon, ASTRO’s Moonbin & Sanha, and MONSTA X’s Kihyun
“Blooming You and I” by MOVNING
MOVNING is back with “Blooming You and I.” This dreamy, though upbeat track is a perfect song for the spring. Vocalist and pianist Harim’s dreamy vocals perfectly capture the hopeful, though bittersweet lyrics. And the band effortlessly delivers another great release.
“Born to Love You” by Kang Seung Yoon
Kang Seung Yoon releases digital single “Born to Love You” and it is an bittersweet and atmospheric track about a break up. His unique voice is perfect for the rock-infused R&B ballad. And it’s another excellent release from the talented artist.
“Who” by ASTRO’s Moonbin & Sanha
Being different from the typical ASTRO release (both of the past and their current direction), the song is a bold, dramatic title track. For me, it’s the kind of song that you experience as a performance more than one I’ll have on repeat like maybe their debut title track “Bad Idea” was. My favorite tracks from the album are “Boo” and the pre-release track “Ghost Town.” Though “DIA” and “Distance” are also great tracks. Overall a strong album.
“Voyager” by Kihyun
MONSTA X’s Kihyun makes his solo debut with the funky “Voyager.” The rock-infused title track is a great showcase for Kihyun’s well-appreciated vocals as he steps into the spotlight on his own.
