Music Monday, October 2, 2023 – F.CUZ, ONEUS, TOZ

Exciting new releases from F.CUZ and ONEUS and an exciting debut from TOZ.

“Shine (2023)” by F.CUZ

After releasing a special new version of “Summer Dayz” at the end of July, #OT6 F.CUZ is back with a remake of another track in “Shine.” The beautiful ballad is a special fan song released back in 2020 to celebrate the group’s 10th anniversary. And now the group has decided to remake the song with all six members to express their gratitude to fans who have been with them during those ten and more years. The group’s always strong vocals help to deliver the sincerity and emotions of the track. And for longtime fans of the group, myself included!, it is truly a wonderful treat to be getting these new releases from them.

“Baila Conmigo” by ONEUS

When a song starts off with Leedo’s mesmerizing vocals, I know it’s gonna be a good one. And “Baila Conmigo” is definitely another great title track from ONEUS. The sexy, bittersweet track gives the group the opportunity to show off what they can do with vocals, dance and just plain charisma.

The rest of the album La Dolce Vita has groovy “Intro: Beggin’ You,” moody “Simulation” and a great R&B-pop track in “Epilogue” as well as a Spanish version of the title track.

“Magic Hour” by TOZ

It’s so exciting to finally see Anthonny Iinuma debuting! Having followed this young Filipino-Japanese talent from Produce 101 to Boys Planet and now debuting in TOZ with three equally talented friends Hart, Yuto and Takuto. Very, very exciting. And “Magic Hour” is a perfect debut song for these bright, young talents. The breezy, catchy song very much shows off the group’s charms and charisma and is a great introduction to them.

The rest of the album Flare features a great mix of songs as well with the groovy “Chips,” hip-hop-infused “Dunk” and pop tracks “Happily Ever After” and “Peach Peach.” Really a great release from these rookies!
