The Race heats up as teams take to the ice in the most challenging Leg yet. Can an unexpected twist help save teams hoping to avoid elimination?

Teams fly to Milan, Italy and begin the 7th Leg of the Race at 3am in the beautiful Piazza del Duomo. It is a nighttime Race to San Siro Stadium where teams must sign-up for one of two charter buses to Venice. Leaders Wilma & Asiana and Taneo & Alas secure seats on the first bus. But it is Jack & Pat who just edge Hidilyn & Julius for the last slot. Hidilyn & Julius and the other three teams settle for the second bus which departs almost 30 minutes later.

As the three teams in the front maintain their lead, Hidilyn & Julius and Yassi & Issa manage to open up a lead ahead of Aljur & Vin and Kaye & Paul Jake when they are able to catch a water taxi just before it leaves for Murano.

Taneo & Alas, Wilma & Asiana and Jack & Pat maintain their lead through the chandelier side of the Detour. Kaye & Paul Jake fall behind almost an hour behind the leading teams when they make a simple mistake.

Teams keep their placements until they arrive at the second Detour. But Aljur & Vin and Kaye & Paul Jake fall behind after switching from the snowmobiles to the campsite Detour.

But it is the figure skating Road Block where teams really struggle. It takes teams at least two hours to master the figure skating elements. Taneo uses his dancing skills to keep him and Alas in first all the way to the Pit Stop on the slopes to claim their third Leg win.

Yassi & Issa are able to just edge Wilma & Asiana to round out the top three.

The four remaining teams struggle even more at the Road Block with Aljur & Vin, Kaye & Paul Jake and Jack & Pat all using their Interchange.

Darkness falls on the mountains of Cortina, however, and the four teams are unable to safely make it up to the Mat. So their arrival times at the foot of the cable car are recorded and they will be released according to those times in the morning. That gives the trailing teams hope to avoid elimination.

But while Jack & Pat are able to make up some time with the fat bikes, they are unable to overcome the time lost from the Road Block and are sadly eliminated.
