CONGRATULATIONS
SACRED HEART CATHEDRAL PREPARATORY
CLASS OF 2005!
Taking a break from some delicious food… here are some pics from Baccalaureate Mass and Grad Night on Thursday (I wish I had taken more Grad Night pictures) and Commencement Saturday
Bacc Mass and Grad Night
Commencement Saturday
GRAD NIGHT was cool, but kinda slowed down towards the end especially during the “hypnotist”… I wouldn’t have been able to keep a straight face like Pat and Maidere did (well they did most of the time, lol)… “I Want it That Way” and “Tearin’ Up My Heart” … most of the class was singing along, that was funny… “You HAVE to convert your Roulette chips!” … as if it was real money… geez… lol… The obstacle course was probably the funnest… We played laser tag against these four girls I’ve never seen before in my life… I can’t believe I didn’t see my Freshman intro video… Hmm… I think that’s it… mostly everyone was anxious to leave in the morning… I was ready to just collapse in my own bed and get 12 hours of sleep…
Here’s a funny little gift for BC Calc (and anyone else who knows them really…)
Mr. Murphy Presents: The Slumber Twins
Congrats to the VARSITY BASEBALL team, even though they lost to #1 Los Gatos yesterday… SHCP Baseball needs to get more recognition… especially since Baseball is the best sport… at least the GIANTS won…
WHAT I WILL MISS ABOUT SACRED HEART CATHEDRAL PREPARATORY
-The beautiful Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption
-Calling the gym: “The Pavilion”
-Calling the cafeteria: “The Dining Hall”
-Doing nothing in Calculus
-Cracking up in English (Hurley)
-Talking about TAR with Ms. Fry and Ms. Kayser
-Wondering when I’m going to get my $200 “My brain was FRYed” shirt
-7 minute passing periods
-Being scared about what kind of mood our Chemistry teacher would be in today
MY LASTING MEMORIES OF SHCP
-On September 11, 2001, getting ready to play volleyball in PE when Scudder (or Sazo) comes on to tell us that we would be going home for the day and we had to call our emergency contacts to bring pick us up. I will always remember the long lines on the LaSalle Plaza… and watching the news on Coach Fran’s little TV…
-The day the pregnant lady stepped on our Cathedral project
-The day Ms. Newton blamed us for her getting fired. First, she read the letter thanking her for Jury Duty… Then she read us the letter from Mr. Scudder… “Thanks guys… next time, just think about what you’re doing”
-The day Ms. Bernard almost got electrocuted by the air purifier… ZZZZAAAPPP *blue light* *smoke*
-“Le Postee-a qui fax my letters” … lol… and other hilarious moments in French… mostly emphasizing my inability to speak it…
-The day I was finally over with Physics… screw that class…
-“Star Wars Episode 0: Romeo and Juliet” … 5 hours for a 5 minute video… lol
I’ll probably add more to those two lists when I can think of something
