Downtown, a mysterious boy pops out of nowhere and plays an impromptu game of Red Light, Green Light with unsuspecting bystanders. When they move on Red Light, they all disappear. The little boy tells everyone to get their head in the game.
Miho is helping Tsuyoshi prepare for a big sales meeting today by giving him a fresh haircut. He is very thankful for her care and encouragement and she says he is sure to do well today.
Haruka laments her school’s very strict principal who has bad allergies which has kept him from in-person learning during COVID. Anyway, Haruka attends a special weekly class for anyone who is interested. A person from the local community comes in to speak with the class on any topic including their jobs or their lives. Haruka likes the class as she enjoys learning about other people.
Tsuyoshi and Miho are all dressed up as they head to a party where she will receive a special award. But as soon as they get to the hotel, Tsuyoshi apologizes and says he cannot join her as he remembers he has work to do. Miho understands, but wishes he could’ve been there for her. Tsuyoshi wishes her luck and she goes inside.
Haruka, annoyed that Tarou attacked them again for no apparent reason, heads to Shirokuma hoping to speak with him and give him a piece of her mind.
Tarou joyfully kicks the other Donbros back through the portals. Haruka does not understand what the hell is going on. She heads over to Shirokuma, but they are closed because of the light thief. She decides to put her glasses on to ask Jin, the mysterious man in the virtual prison. A door opens in the sky and she hops through.
Saruhara Shinichi introduces himself as what many people call a natural-born oddball. His vast knowledge and analytical prowess have earned him the moniker of “Professor” and in turn helps his neighbors and friends with their various problems. That’s also while he drops some impromptu haikus to mark certain moments about his day.
Haruka now works part-time at Café Donbura and tries to hide from the judgmental eyes of the public who are still talking about her plagiarism case. She asks café owner Kaito if she can wear a disguise, but he says No while he reads Haruka’s manga. Haruka denies she is a plagiarist, “zenryoku zenkai.” Kaito has no idea what she’s talking about.
