CBS Orders 17th Season of The Amazing Race… Where’s the 18th?
CBS has announced that it has ordered two more seasons of Survivor and one more season of The Amazing Race for the 2010-2011 season.
This will be TAR’s 17th race around the world and the announcement continues CBS’ strange one season at a time strategy of TAR renewals. What gives? TAR is doing just as well as Survivor is now, so why only one season at a time?
Nonetheless, is it really a surprise that CBS keeps the Emmy dominating Amazing Race on the air for at least another season?
