It’s freezing in Tokyo. But Zyuran gets hot and sweaty easily, so he keeps turning the heater in the shop down even when everyone else is cold. Kaito wishes they had a kotatsu. The Kikai4 want to know more about the “bewitching” kotatsu. And (un)lucky for them, the Tojitendo of the Week is Kotatsu World who is forcing people to enjoy time at warm kotatsu tables.
Since being freed, Papa Goshikida has been spending much of his time with the Goldtsuikers and the Kikainoids learning about their lives and where they’ve come from. Zyuran asks Kaito if he’s okay with it and both he and Grandma Yacchan say that’s how he’s always been. Once he sets his mind to something, he’s goes Zenryoku with it.
The newly arrived robo begins attacking the city, wreaking havoc and putting everyone in danger. The Zenkaigers try to take it on, but are quickly forced to eject from their mecha.
It’s Kaito’s 21st birthday and everyone’s gathered for a party. Grandma Yacchan is relieved they were able to make it to this day after the crazy year they’ve been through. The Kikai4 show Kaito the cake they made and decorated themselves.
Kaito and Grandma Yacchan are telling the Kikai4 all about Christmas as they prepare to put up decorations. Secchan is telling us about Kaito’s birthday on the 12th, but he gets a Tojitendo alert and the Zenkaigers hurry out.
Kaito, Vroom and Flint have just arrived from searching Romancetopia for Mama Goshikida without success. They run into Magine using her fortune telling to help little girl Yuna look for her doll Mimi-chan which she made herself. Flint doesn’t think that will help at all. Anyway, Yuna says the doll wasn’t very good anyway.
Kaito explains what they’ve discovered about Papa Goshikida to the Goldtsuikers. Zox isn’t too surprised since he had a feeling that could be the case as he’s noticed how similar Kaito and Hakaizer seemed to be.
Kaito is up on the ship telling the Goldtsuikers about the others acting all weird around him. Flint suggests they are planning a surprise party for him and Kaito admits his birthday is actually coming up soon. They settle on that explanation.
The Gang is dressed up for Halloween, ready for the Trick or Treaters. But a wave of people wearing Jack-o-Lanterns on their heads storm the shop, clean them out of their treats and leave a mess in their wake.
On the way home from grocery shopping, Kaito asks Vroom about the giant bird he encountered at the Palace. Vroom explains that Gege is like Bokkowaus’ pet, but Kaito asks if he might have a twin. Vroom doesn’t think so.
