The Skybase has touched down for refueling and to replenish their supplies. As a result, much of Fenix’s troops are on leave. Commander Wakabayashi says it is up to the Igarashi Siblings to pick up the slack.
Later, Daiji demands Sakura hand the Driver over. Though Ikki tries to take a more measured approach, Daiji scolds Sakura for putting more people in danger thanks to her stubbornness and not heeding their warning. She made things worse and even got Ikki hurt.
The four Kamen Riders are doing well as a team fighting off the increasing number of Deadmans wreaking havoc in the city. That includes a mysterious hooded figure who livestreams to a growing number of followers extolling the virtues of the Deadmans leading them to a better world as a family. Julio briefs Aguilera on Olteca approaching the hooded figure, Amahiko Haitani, a counselor who has become known as a “savior” amongst his followers.
Vice helps to recap what happened after the cliffhanger two weeks ago. As Ikki is about to deliver a Stamping Finish, Kagerou dehenshins and pretends to be Daiji begging his brother to stop. Ikki hesitates and falls to the ground. Vice calls Kagerou a coward.
Ikki, Sakura and Papa Igarashi solemnly try to understand what’s happened to Daiji. Vice calls and says it just means Daiji had a demon inside him as well. They get up to go into the living room when they hear Mama Igarashi cheerfully welcoming Buu-san who has come in for a soak.
The Igarashis have arrived at Minakami Onsen for a weekend getaway celebrating Mama Igarashi’s discharge from the hospital. They are surprised to see the Ushijima Family is also here for a getaway trip. Papa Ushijima says it’s great to see Mama Igarashi is doing well.
Commander Wakabayashi and George are briefing Ikki about a Deadman aiding three thieving teens. Before they can discuss a strategy to counter the Deadman’s cheetah speed, Vice calls Ikki so he can personally greet “Kari-chan.”
Evil has his way with both Ikki and Vice before he disappears, leaving them quite beat.
The Fenix officers regain consciousness, wondering who could have knocked them all out like that. It turns out, Evil’s true identity is…
An upset Hiromi sits in the dark reading a letter demoting him from commander to squad leader. At 2am, he enters the Central Intelligence Depot and takes a Vistamp from a room full of them. He meets with a blonde-haired young man and gives it to him.
Daiji continues to try and convince Ikki to officially sign a Fenix contract. But Ikki says he doesn’t have to and will come running if they ever need him to fight off Deadmans. Daiji says this isn’t just some side gig. If Ikki had arrived earlier, Sakura wouldn’t have been kidnapped.
