Yanma has Racules in a cage working on sorting gears while dressed as robot Roboles Husty. Getting over his initial shock, Gira would like to ask his brother more about Dagded. Racules says there is one thing that can defeat Dagded. Yanma is annoyed that he didn’t say so sooner.
Over at Kitchen Ichinose, Houtarou and Mama Ichinose are serving Rinne, Renge and Sabimaru a special New Year’s dish. Houtarou, however, can’t help but think about the terrifying new enemy as well as the orange Gotchard.
While the remaining Jesters work on something regarding breaking a seal, Rita has Racules stand trial for conspiring with Dagded to invade Chikyuu and commit genocide. But she offers the possibility that Racules did all that to save the Chikyuuians and defeat Dagded.

While Dagded is wrapped up, Racules tells Gira it’s time to save the universe. A confused Gira wishes for some answers, but Racules says not to think about it. Their priority at the moment is to defeat Dagded.
Houtarou is excited about all the Chemies he’s been able to befriend. But Sabimaru shows him all the other Chemies that are still out there. Houtarou calls out to Santa to help point him to the missing Chemies. Renge says he has a lot of free time to go out and search, but Houtarou remembers he has a lot of work at the restaurant since it gets pretty busy for Christmas. He asks if they could help out, but Sabimaru hates crowded places and Renge has a part-time job selling Christmas cake. That leaves Rinne to become Houtarou’s special helper.
