Jiip presents the first thousand Treats from the President’s order. The President commends Lango on a job well done. But Liselle reminds him that it is she and Jiip that are getting Lango to do the job in the first place.
Jiip asks his wife if he can see Lango’s planning documents.
While Sachika worries about the boys, they are bandaging each other up at Suga’s Rakia’s place. Hanto tells Shoma not to let what Lango said to him earlier get to him. Shoma smiles and says it’s not a big deal.
Rakia admits that the fact this all could’ve been avoided had he not worked for the Stomachs is weighing on him.
Hanto proposes they spread the word on Granutes a little bit. He believes people might benefit from knowing a bit more in order for them to be more cautious. Shoma and Rakia agree on it. Hanto gets started.
Shoma leaves and vows to keep the people’s safe this time. He heads to Hapipare where Sachika gives him some delicious treats.
Rakia heads to Uncle Dente who gives him an update on the antidote. It will take some time to ensure it is safe for humans. In the meantime, he has been working on something for them also.
Hanto, meanwhile, sees that people are confusing Granutes with Kamen Riders because of Bitter Gavv. He thinks it is best to keep such comments from Shoma.
Shoma searches for a portal to the Granute world, but is unsuccessful. He can’t help but think about Lango’s hurtful words toward him.
Just then, Jiip finds Shoma and tosses him a note warning of Lango’s next target. And it is the venue where Rittsun’s favorite band will be playing. She comes in to Hapipare and is grateful and excited that Sachika and Shoma have finished her gear for the show.
They try to persuade her it is not safe to go. But Rittsun says that the band has been there for her in her toughest times and she is very much looking forward to meeting them in person. Even if it was the last day on Earth. She is sure the Kamen Riders will save the day too.
Rittsun heads out to get ready.
Shoma again thinks of Lango’s words. Hanto sees Shoma and then sees the comments about Kamen Riders are turning positive. People are starting to realizes Kamen Riders might actually be heroes.
Hanto says it is Shoma to made a difference to these people. He has had a positive impact on many. He is now even more determined. He says Hanto and Rakia should focus on protecting the peoples while he faces off against Lango. Even if it means just to merely slow him down.
At the boardroom, Glotta asks Lango if his plan is worth risking the future of the company. Lango says their survival rests in the president’s hands. Besides, Dark Treats were only just a means to an end. So now, they just have to change their means is all.
At the concert, Sachika gets the guys tickets to go inside so they can ensure everyone’s safety. The boys search all over the theater until all of a sudden, the red blobs of Lango’s plan begin exploding over the audience into vapors.
Uncle Dente had made gas masks for them knowing that Lango wasn’t injecting people with toxins one by one. So gas was the only way. And these gas masks allow the boys to remain conscious throughout.
Just then, the part-timers begin Pressing people. Hanto henshins and begins fighting them. Rakia runs out to henshin and face Agents. Rakia is forced to dehenshin later after his Driver takes on some damage and cracks.
Shoma finds his older brother. Lango says Shoma is not even worth his time considering how he beat him down yesterday.
Shoma reminds Lango that he had also told him when he was younger that he should have never been born. Back then, all he could do was run to his mother. But now, he has people who cherish him and believe in him. People he has helped and how he’s used his powers for good. Best of all he has found happiness, especially with delicious snacks.
While he may be a mistake to the Stomach siblings, he stands here today as Shoma who is grateful for being given life.
Lango nods and smirks. Shoma says he has to protect the people who have shaped his life up to now.
Shoma henshins to Master Mode where he feels the immense power, but now more manageable. Lango is unimpressed and says humans are no match for Granutes, let alone Stomachs.
Shoma takes Lango by surprise with his new immense powers. He is able to counter Lango’s attacks a bit better while using new faster attacks and powers as well.
Lango insists Shoma is still as weak as he was before. The Gochizos clue Shoma into a potential plan. Shoma tries it out and bombards Lango with attacks including an Over Energy slash.
Lango is more incensed. But Shoma delivers a Master Taste at him and then a Master Boot, on suggestion from the Gochizos.
Shoma slashes at Lango’s face and finally delivers a Master Boost finisher. Lango explodes.
The Gochizos fly to heaven.
Shoma dehenshins and falls to his knees. Jiip watches, not believing Lango is now dead like Siita.
At the U.M.A concert, Sachika, Shoma , Hanto and Rakia go meet Rittsun outside after having the time of her life at the concert. Rittsun says they were probably right about an attack on the venue. But nonetheless, she has now been able to see her favorite band in person. And she is sure Kamen Riders will come to their rescue.
Episode Thoughts
What an interesting episode! First of all, I don’t think Lango is dead dead. At least, I haven’t come across a photo of Takashi Tsukamoto getting flowers. Lolol
But we’ll just go with it and talk about how Shoma found justification for killing another of his siblings. Lol
The episode really was to highlight how far Shoma has come. How Shoma’s life has changed after meeting people who actually care about him as much as he does them. How Shoma has been able to help and protect people and those same people being grateful and appreciative of him. All of this, feelings he largely had not felt or experienced growing up aside from his mother.
Of course, those feelings can bring about immense power (and a new toy! Hehe). And the story leading up to this new toy and power-up for Shoma works very well. It has given a good depth and foundation for Shoma getting the power. It makes the fancy new power-up feel earned and deserved and not merely announcing that a new toy hits toy store shelves soon.
So these last two episodes have been all about Shoma less so his siblings. Lango served as the most striking example of how Shoma was treated as a child being held prisoner by his own father. And using that as a reference point to see how his life today is very different and far more positive is really good storytelling.
Rittsun was also a great example of the greater public’s viewpoint of Shoma and the Kamen Riders too. Having someone we know be that representative is perfect as well. And it all came together for an impact power-up debut.
We’ll wait and see what comes out of Jiip being shocked at the end or the interesting dynamic between the president and first daughter.
But this episode, again, was all about Shoma and his journey to this point. And it has been an amazing and fun and enjoyable one so far in these 36 episodes.

That scar Shoma gave Lango is really suspicious; I don’t believe he’s done yet. I think Nyelv really is gonna use Lango’s critically-injured body as a meat suit for Suga and merge their minds together into one form in a Venom-like situation. Maybe they’ll personally kill President Bocca as a show of their new power (it’d be great if Bocca’s rendered into a cowering, begging mess before he dies). The Stomach Family getting a “new” older brother in a sense would fit right in with all the weirdness and dysfunction: their crazy Pops had a kid with a human, whom they’ve all been trained to think of as mere spices; Nyelv may potentially play Dr. Frankenstein with his older brother’s body; and Jeebh has taken to wearing their dead sister like a pair of clothes.
Besides that though, I’ve noticed that the handling of the villains has been a little “off” for a bit now. Ever since they chose the weirdest possible option to make into Bitter Gavv instead of cutting out the middleman and making it Suga himself. I’m also not really fond of the hilarious and cunning Suga being replaced by those two snobs. But it won’t actually irritate me unless my fave Glotta is randomly revealed to be Comel’s killer and permanently dies quickly after that (they still won’t be able to make me hate her with that smile 😊). ESPECIALLY if Lango turns out to not be gone for good after getting thrashed by a Final Form.
It makes it more interesting to see who will be the final boss and how that endgame will play out.
I’m on board with this not being the end for Lango yet, but we are still left with a gap of ‘Who’s the final baddie going to be’ going into the final stretch that is leaving me a bit confused. Who knows maybe Zomb will show up or something. But for this late in the story the villians really don’t feel like a proper end game threat.
I would hope that the final boss will be someone from the Stomach Family. Bringing in some random person would go against what the season has been building up to.
