Catching up on new music from 2AM, RE:WIND, CRAVITY, JUST B, HORI7ON
“Moment” by 2AM
I never watched The Heirs, but I definitely know Changmin’s contribution to the soundtrack. And it’s a wonderful treat to have 2AM performing their version of it all these years later. Of course, one of the best and iconic vocal groups, it’s always great to have 2AM together and gracing us with their incredible voices.
“Forever” by RE:WIND
Rookie group RE:WIND make their debut with the great “Forever”. The song has a great throwback vibe to the boy bands of the early 2000s. Which is definitely a refreshing sound to have in 2025. But the trio deliver an engaging and charismatic performance that perfectly fits in 2025 as well. It’s an easily addictive track that has a lot of repeat potential. And I am looking forward to what else these talented rookies have in store! A great debut!
“Jelly Bean” by CRAVITY
CRAVITY always delivers great songs and performances. And that’s certainly the case even with their Japanese releases. “Jelly Bean” is just that. A groovy and catchy dance track that suits the bittersweet lyrics of this love song.
“Chest” by JUST B
Fresh off their world tour of the same name, JUST B releases the album Just Odd. And its songs, including title track “Chest”, help to signal and showcase the group’s growth. As well as their sound which has evolved into something very unique with every releases. It is a very exciting album and “Chest” is probably my favorite JUST B title track in a while even though their releases have been good. Looking forward to listening to the rest of the album!
“Cold” by HORI7ON
HORI7ON switches it up a little bit with the release of “Cold”. Their latest single is a groovy pop track with lyrics co-written by members Vinci and Marcus about the “coldness felt from the opposite sex on a hot summer day.” A nice track that allows the group to show off their versatility!
