The 2nd Leg of the Race begins as teams scramble for the earliest flights out of the Philippines to their first overseas destination, Singapore! Teams search for different ways to book tickets. The top two teams from the first Leg Inigo & Sebastian and Bernadette & Icee make a critical error after first booking tickets on the latest available flight and then not having enough seats left on the earlier flights.

Other teams, meanwhile, are able to secure seats on the early flights including last place Mike & John. Siblings Olivia & Chandler and Paolo & Bubbles have to settle for seats on that later flight, arriving the next morning. That while the first two flights arrive in Singapore at 11:15pm and 12:05am.

Teams encounter an Hours of Operation, however, at the National Stadium. And the taking of numbers end up being important as there are only five Road Block slots at a time.

Nina & Calvin, Klea & Katrice, Valeen & Chariz, Paulo & Miguel and Scottie & Jinky who are in the first Road Block group build an early lead. Olivia & Chandler, meanwhile, are able to start breaking away from the trailing pack when they grab the final open rope at the Road Block while the other three teams must wait.

On Pulau Ubin, Nina & Calvin and Klea & Katrice move out in front after the Detour. But confusion about Fullerton Waterboat House vs Fullerton Hotel causes some teams to lose precious time. (And others to move back up after losing time at the Detour.)

Teams get bunched up on two boats on the Singapore River on the way to the second Road Block. The first boat teams maintain a 40-minute lead over the second group. But afternoon traffic starts bubbling up as teams head to the second Detour.

Nina & Calvin and Klea & Katrice choose the Caijan Detour and gain a lead it proves to be the quicker choice. The long day begins to take a toll on the teams as they make their way on foot around downtown Singapore.

The Singapore Sling proves to be tricky for some teams and easier for others as they remain close through the final task of the Leg.

On the way to the Pit Stop, teams worry about the rush hour traffic. But Nina & Calvin are able to ride a strong Leg to their first win, moving up 11 spots from the first Leg. Klea & Katrice take 2nd.

Olivia & Chandler get a fast taxi and they arrive at the Pit Stop just a few minutes before Betong & Maey and Paulo & Miguel who have to search the park for the Mat.

Valeen & Chariz take 6th. Andres & Atasha’s cab drops them off in the right place to get them a 7th place finish while Scottie & Jinky and Shamcey Lloyd have to settle for 8th.

Mike & John overcome their Speed Bump and finish 10th. It’s now a taxi race to the Pit Stop with Inigo & Sebastian (the winners of the first Leg) just escaping last place by taking 11th. Paolo & Bubbles are close behind in 12th. That means Bernadette & Icee, who had been trailing most of the day, are last and they draw a Self Yield Penalty Envelope on this Non-Elimination Leg.
