Four diverse tracks for your summer playlist from ATEEZ, Kevin Woo, HA:TFELT and SG Wannabe.
“Dreamers” by ATEEZ
Some of my favorite ATEEZ songs are their softer, midtempo tracks. And their first Japanese single “Dreamers” fits in that mold. A positive summer track gets the guys in a brighter concept from what we’ve been used to in the last year from them. So it’s a great, refreshing change of pace from the talented group.
“Got It” by Kevin Woo
Well, I certainly never expected that the anthem for toxic relationships would come from Mr. Kevin Woo. But it has, and it’s amazing! The R&B dance track is a sexy confession of knowing you’re in a toxic relationship, yet it’s so irresistible. Kevin delivers the vocals and performance to make this one an unexpected and welcome treat.
“Summertime” by HA:TFELT featuring Keem Hyoeun
HA:TFELT is back with her first new music of 2021 and it’s the dreamy “Summertime.” The dance-pop track is of course perfect for those warm summer evenings which she sings about in the lyrics. It’s an upbeat song that has HA:TFELT’s sultry vocals and Keem Hyoeun’s featured rap bringing the vibes all together.
I also have to point out the “Sunset” stripped down version of the song which is even more amazing, for me.
“You’re The Best of Me” by SG Wannabe
SG Wannabe is back after two years with their latest “You’re the Best of Me.” The trio’s powerful vocals are back on full display with this romantic midtempo track about gratitude and memories made.
