The Kiramagers, as subtly as they can, try to keep an eye on Mabushina and keep her safe. She notices they are all acting weird.
Juuru flashes back to Takamichi explaining what happened. Long ago, King Oradin battled with a Yodonheim witch. But instead of attacking him, she cursed the Queen instead by turning her to stone and crumbling to death.
Takamichi is worried the curse may affect Mabushina even after King Oradin’s death. If the witch’s mark appears on Mabushina, she will also die. That’s why he is intent on gathering all four Kanaema Stones.
Takamichi does not care what happens to him as long as sister is safe.
Unlike the others, however, Juuru is not a very natural actor and acts very suspicious around Mabushina. The others have Juuru step out for a moment.
Meanwhile in the darkness, Garuza tells Carantula that his next plan is inspired by Brulus Liss, one of Crystalia’s most popular stories. It tells of a hero with a bomb implanted in his chest. Garuza especially loved how the antagonist used that bomb to torture the hero.
Back at the coconut tree, Juuru peeks back into the Operation Room to check if it’s safe to come back. Takamichi is here now and says he’s also been keeping his distance as he isn’t much of a liar either.
Muryou says he scanned King Oradin’s notebook and had CARAT analyze it to find some answers. First is more information on the first Kanaema Stone currently in their possession.
The Kanaema Stone Destoria rules over destruction. Juuru picks the Stone up and has a weird feeling about it.
Just then, Takamichi collapses to the floor in pain. He realizes what is happening and tells the others to stay away. Juuru runs after him and Mabushina sees them both.
Takamichi realizes the pain he feels is where Garuza hit him last week and is also where the Monstone inside of him is located.
Garuza grabs Takamichi and says he simply infused Takamichi with his Jamental in order to energize the Monstone which was being suppressed by the Silver Stone.
Takamichi implores Juuru gather the other Kanaema Stones.
Suddenly, the Monstone emerges from Takamichi and takes over his body. Garuza tells him to henshin.
Mabushina tries to run to her now-evil brother. But Juuru holds her back and then shields her when Takamichi shoots at them. The others arrive and they chase after Garuza and Takamichi.
Garuza tells Takamichi it’s time to slaughter humans. But the Kiramagers arrive and they battle.
The Kiramagers hold back, uncomfortable with having to fight or hurt Takamichi even as he tosses them aside. Juuru wraps his arms around Takamichi and he momentarily regains control of his body.
Takamichi says sorry to Juuru and asks him to fight for real. That’s the only way to stop him. He asks them all to continue his quest to gather the Kanaema Stones.
The Monstone regains control of Takamichi’s body. And together with Garuza, try to deliver a finisher which Juuru is able to block.
The attack slams Juuru into a wall as Garuza and Takamichi leave. Juuru falls unconscious.
Juuru finds himself in King Oradin’s lap, asking if he’s alright.
Oradin says they always meet under such dire circumstances. Juuru tells Oradin about Takamichi. But Oradin says Juuru already knows what he must do.
King Oradin tells Juuru to continue to shine without hesitation so he will know what that is.
Juuru wakes up in Mabushina’s lap back in the coconut tree. Mabushina apologizes for her brother being the cause of all this. But the others say this isn’t Takamichi’s fault at all. They refuse to accept Takamichi is beyond saving.
Mabushina is upset that Takamichi would care so much about treasure hunting that it would be one of his dying wishes to the others. She feels Takamichi is so selfish.
Sayo says that’s not it. But Mabushina gets up and says she’ll go save her brother. Takamichi may not blood related to him, but he is still her brother who made her so happy.
Mabushina regards Takamichi as her shining, guiding light. And she wants to tell him that in person.
Tametomo says it’s too dangerous. But Mabushina says she does not care what happens to her as long as her brother is safe.
Juuru remembers those same words from Takamichi and then King Oradin’s words to him as well. He tells Mabushina that they will accompany her.
Later, the city is up in purple flames as Garuza through Takamichi gathers darkness from the dying and injured people.
Takamichi does all he can to try and resist the Jamental. Garuza tells him to just embrace the darkness. The others arrive and Juuru says Takamichi is nothing like Garuza who is just a creep.
The Monstone regains control of Takamichi’s body and battles Juuru while the others take on Garuza. Takamichi, fighting through, warns his mind is slipping away and pleads with Juuru to just fight him.
The others are struggling against Garuza.
Just then, Juuru sees an opening. He grabs Takamichi from behind and presses Kanaema Stone Destoria to his chest so as to remove the Monstone from his body.
Takamichi begs Juuru not to use the Kanaema Stone. But it successfully removes the Monstone from his person and it crumbles just as Mabushina arrives.
Both Takamichi and Juuru are forced to dehenshin. The others are shocked Juuru used the Kanaema Stone’s wish.
The Stone loses its color. A distraught Takamichi gets up and heads toward Juuru. Mabushina stops him and holds him back. Takamichi screams at Juuru.
Juuru says if he didn’t use the Stone, Mabushina might have sacrificed herself for him. And when both options would result in one of them suffering, Juuru says he will always choose neither.
Juuru says Takamichi and Mabushina are truly siblings as they act the same way. He adds that the Kanaema Stones can each grant their own wishes and that is separate from the grand wish when all four are together.
Takamichi asks how Juuru could know such a thing. Juuru answers that King Oradin told him when he said to shine on with hesitation. Takamichi remembers when King Oradin said the same thing to him.
Garuza emerges from the rubble and is intrigued by the possible power of the Stones.
Takamichi tells Mabushina to run for safety as he and Juuru henshin to join the others. They deliver a Kiramai Rush Stream at Garuza.
The blast knocks his Yodon head off and he embiggens the Monstone pieces with Jamental and dark energy.
The Kiramagers hop into the Mashins, including Drijan officially becoming a Mashin as well. They take on the Monstone, but Garuza appears in Smog Joukey too.
Juuru has a Hirameking and summons King Express in order to take Garuza out of the equation. He then suggests Takamichi combine with Shovellow Corps.
Shovellow, Duston and Magellan combine with Gigant Driller to form Gigant Driller Giga-mori Special. And with a Gigant Crash Special, they finish off the Monstone.
Garuza speeds away in anger.
Muryou updates the Kiramagers on the analysis and finds Juuru was right about Destoria. Juuru using the Stone on Takamichi was just using its unique destruction power. And an ultimate wish is still available when all four Stones are gathered. Destoria will also regain its color after a period of time as well.
Juuru apologizes for his seemingly reckless decision earlier. But Takamichi says it’s okay.
Takamichi tells Mabushina that he feels their father spoke to him through Juuru to get him to remember what he treasures the most. And that is Mabushina’s smile of course.
Takamichi is a little shy about admitting that. But Mabushina hugs him and says this is the loving brother she remembers. Takamichi wraps his arms about her as well.
The others are so happy to see the siblings finally reunited and the vow to find the other Kanaema Stones by working together to also ensure Mabushina’s smile.
Later, the Kiramagers ask Takamichi what in the world Brulus Liss is, but he doesn’t say.
Episode Thoughts
Oh! Toei decided to GO OFF this week with both Zero-One and Kiramager.
This was a great episode. Partly because it helped with the
Kanaema Stone world building. But mostly because of all the great story we got from the Crystalia Siblings. Not only that, we get more than expected from King and Queen Crystalia and more about Juuru’s mysterious connection to Crystalia too.
I don’t think the grand wish of the Kanaema Stones is endgame for Kiramager. But they have a lot of room to play around with the search, the powers of the other three Stones, Garuza now wanting to gather them too and the eventual tension when they finally do get all four.
Meanwhile, I’m going to expect any and all stories involving the Crystalia Sibs will be great. I can’t say enough how great I think both characters are. And I think this episode was a great way to finally get them to, in a way, fully reunite as brother and sister. Mabushina doesn’t know about the danger to her. But the sentiment is still clear. They would both risk their lives for one another.
It’s a great, touching sentiment. And just like with Zero-One 42, my eyes definitely got watery here too. It was a nice, effective and emotional last half of the episode as the tension surrounding the siblings’ survival took center stage. Of course we know Takamichi wouldn’t stay evil for long or that either sibling would die here. But it was still very exciting and emotionally effective as well.
At the end, it was also a great show of unity for the team and it reinforced their already strong bonds and sense of teamwork.
Overall, a very good and action-packed episode. Kiramager is on a roll!

Agreed. I really loved the sibling dynamic as Mabushina’s and Takamichi.
