They meet with ShiroWoz and propose they work together to save Geiz. He is actually very interested in saving his once choice of king Geiz.

Meanwhile, Schwartz has sent Yukihiro and Kazuma into Another Worlds. ShiroWoz explains these are worlds of possibilities with unmoving time. The Dark Riders are a side effect of that. ShiroWoz says for them to save Geiz, they will have to cross a dangerous bridge. They all agree to the plan.

On the other side of town, Ora approaches Schwartz and demands her power back after showing him Heure’s headpiece.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

The two Wozes, meanwhile, also battle with KuroWoz defeating ShiroWoz, which goes according to plan. Schwartz appears and summons ShiroWoz again. Tsukuyomi appears and attempts to freeze time, but it doesn’t work on ShiroWoz who sends a dimensional wall over to trap both KuroWoz and Tsukuyomi in Another World.

Woz and Tsukuyomi find themselves in Geiz-kun’s Another World.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

Geiz’s Another World involves him confronting Sougo, but instead admitting that he wants to live in this current time and creating a new feature together with Sougo.

KuroWoz says this is the future Geiz-kun wished to become real.

Back in the real world, Sougo uphenshins to W Armor to take on Eternal. Eternal tries to deliver a Maximum Drive at Sougo.

Sougo activates the Trinity Watch and both Geiz and Woz (in Geiz’s Another World) transform into the watches. The plan devised by ShiroWoz is for them to draw Eternal into the Another World so it can be destroyed by Eternal Memory.

ShiroWoz says it is a gamble for Trinity to work between worlds, but it’s worth a shot. Indeed, Sougo and Katsumi are able to be transported to Geiz’s Another World. That allows Sougo, Geiz and Woz to form Trinity. They swat Eternal to the side where his finishing attack is able to destroy some of the Another Worlds.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

Most of the Another Worlded people are safe back in the real world, including Geiz. Tsukuyomi gets them to safety.

Katsumi says they brought about an interesting wind. Sougo apologizes for using Katsumi’s power. But Katsumi thanks them for being able to destroy the only world that could revive him. Now he can return to his comrades.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

Katsumi gives the thumbs up and disappears.

ShiroWoz laughs and says it’s just as he thought. The power of Trinity is the feelings Sougo, Geiz and Woz have for each other. And it is a power strong enough to overcome the barriers between worlds and dimensions.

KuroWoz asks why ShiroWoz would enact a plan that would destroy himself. ShiroWoz says his lost possibility was to rescue his savior Geiz, after all.

ShiroWoz begins to tell Geiz about Schwartz’s true endgame, but he is shot at and disappears before he can really say anything.

Schwartz says they haven’t destroyed all the Another Worlds yet. Geiz and Woz take on the four remaining Dark Riders, leaving Sougo and Schwartz on their own.

Miharu tries attacking Schwartz from behind, but Ora arrives and freezes time. Schwartz approaches Sougo and says he truly was destined to become king and save the world from destruction.

Sougo remembers Schwartz telling him that as a child.

Schwartz says Sougo’s truly grown into a worthy king. But now he will take all the Rider powers collected in Sougo so he can become king.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

Ora freezes Schwartz, realizing what he is up to. She says she will do what Heure failed to. She tries to kill Schwartz like she did Heure, but it doesn’t work at all. Schwartz foresaw this all along. He henshins to Another Decade and kicks Ora in the face, ready to kill her for good.

Schwartz unfreezes Sougo who says Schwartz is not fit to be a king. A king is supposed to make the world a better place. Not whatever Schwartz is doing to it.

Sougo henshins and charges at Schwartz.

Geiz and Woz finish off the Dark Riders. Tsukuyomi finds them.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

Geiz admits to Tsukuyomi that he wants to stay in this time after all. He also expresses how grateful he is to Woz, both of them.

They wonder what ShiroWoz was going to say about Schwartz’s endgame. They go over what’s happened so far and believe it is so Schwartz could obtain the Grand Zi-O power.

Kamen Rider Zi-O Episode 46 Recap

Schwartz says Sougo must defeat him to stop his plan. But Schwartz being defeated means his timeline disappears. Which means Tsukuyomi will disappear as well. Schwartz says he and Sougo cannot exist in the same timeline, thus Sougo and Tsukuyomi cannot either.

Miharu comes running in, saying Sougo should not believe anything Schwartz is trying to say.

Miharu tries to deliver a finisher at Schwartz. But Schwartz uses dimension walls to take Miharu by surprise and deliver a finishing kick.

Sougo screams.

Episode Thoughts

I still don’t really know what in the world is going on. lol But what I do understand is it apparently all comes back to tsundere Geiz and his bromance with Sougo. Lol

It’s their bond (and Woz too I guess) that helped to defeat and destroy the Another Worlds (some of them, at least). And they reiterated that they are each other’s ride or die, basically. We’ve been down this road before during the season and they always come back to their relationship being the strong foundation that allows them to overcome anything.

And yes, that does include Tsukuyomi and Woz too. ShiroWoz was in character here. Last we saw, he was envious of KuroWoz having made friends which he himself did not do. So he realizes how powerful that bond is. And he was able to figure out how Trinity fit in the picture and allowed them to destroy the Another Worlds.

ShiroWoz pointing that out, having been the one to come up with #OperationSaveGeiz, basically reiterated that very basic point.

When all else fails and you don’t know what it is our heroes are truly fighting against, a good friendship, relationship or bond angle between our heroes can always make up for it. At the very least, you want the gang to be happy together in the end. Or satisfied in their efforts to stop whatever it is they need to stop. Save the world, things like that.

So anyway, the big endgame secret for Schwartz is him wanting to obtain the Grand Zi-O power and rule the world. Umm… okay sure. That’s usually how the “Gotta catch ’em all” plots end up on Kamen Rider and Sentai. The heroes collect all the toy gimmicks for the season and the villain tries to get the finished product in the end.

Okay. So then in three episodes left, are they going to explain Oma Zi-O’s existence, Woz’s backstory, Schwartz and Alpina’s backstory (teenSchwartz is back next week I think), Sougo stopping Schwartz’s plan AND have Chase back too?

If they manage to wrap up most of the loose plot threads in the final three episodes, then it will be a miraculous feat.

Elsewhere, I definitely felt more sad and was more affected by Miharu’s “death” than Heure’s, to be honest. But again, Miharu didn’t dissolve into glowing specks of dust, so I assume he’s not really dead either. lol

Overall, I guess this was an okay episode. I just feel really underwhelmed by this “climax” to the season even though I do still like seeing the gang coming together. Even though I don’t really understand what they’re coming together against. lol

  1. Now that was very interesting episode! Actually, Geiz really wanted to help Sougo and is even grateful to both Wozes! 😊 LOL
And finally Schwarz revealed his secret to Sougo. Ora tried to stop Schwarz but she met her end herself. I don’t feel sad for her in contrast to Heure 😛
But I really was sad when Miharu died😔 R.I.P. Miharu😔
And now, what Sougo is gonna do? What choice will make?
