| Recap: The Amazing Race Philippines, Episode 11 (Leg 3, Day 3)
Fausto & Dayal get through the chicken Detour as Saida and Jervi set off from the Road Block. Sheena & Gee and Ed & Angel catch up to Dani & Mish and both Gee and Ed finish the Road Block before Mish can.
Fausto & Dayal get to the Road Block and Fausto is too conservative to be in his briefs to allow them to put the bahag on him.
 
Pamela & Vanessa, meanwhile, have an adventure with the chickens. They have to chase their chickens when they get loose after dropping the coop. They get some locals to help catch the loose chickens.
They do a cheer after delivering their chickens and Pamela forces Vanessa to do the Road Block.
Boom & Cheng loudly get through the rice task and step on the Mat in 3rd. Saida & Jervi “Rice, rice, rice:” their way to 4th. Sheena & Gee struggle their way to 5th.
Dani & Mish arrive at the rice first, but Ed & Angel are able to fill their sacks first. While Dani & Mish are filling their sacks, Fausto & Dayal arrive and head straight for the marked path without the rice. They think the rice is part of the other side of the Detour they did not do.
They get to the Mat and Derek asks “What’s happening to you?” They re-read their clue and head back, running into Ed & Angel and Dani & Mish on the way.
 
Dani & Mish pass Ed & Angel on the way to the Pit Stop to finish 6th and 7th respectively.
Fausto & Dayal find the clue, fill their sacks and they officially check-in 8th.
Pamela & Vanessa step on the Mat in last, but Derek tells them this is a non-elimination leg.
Episode Thoughts
It was an okay episode on its own. Maybe not as fun as others, but it completed the leg.
