Ever wanted to play The Amazing Race in the comfort of your own home?

Well, now you can! 
Unbisoft and Ludia Inc have finally released TAR’s very own video game for the Nintendo Wii console.

SAN FRANCISCO – Today Ubisoft and interactive entertainment company Ludia Inc., under a license from CBS Consumer Products, announced that The Amazing Race is now available for the Wii system from Nintendo in North America. Now players can participate in one of the most exciting reality games ever and compete against friends to win the ultimate challenge. The Amazing Race video game is available for an MSRP of $29.99 and is rated “E” for Everyone.

Just like the TV show, in The Amazing Race video game players will race each other across the globe in a quest to be the first to arrive at the final destination. Players can play in two-player cooperative matches or four-player competitive matches as they grab their clues, choose their transportation, and make their way to the pitstop where they will meet host, Phil Keoghan who introduces each exciting challenge. For an authentic experience, players will complete Detours, Road blocks, Fast Forwards, and Intersections as they race in exotic locations. Competitors will experience all of the excitement of the show as they compete against each other and overcome unexpected obstacles to be the first to reach the pit stop.
